The role requires a minimum of one year's supervisory experience and target driven selling in a pressurised retail environment. First-rate communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential, as is a real passion for making a difference. We are looking for a proactive individual who uses their own initiative to overcome obstacles and initiates own personal development goals.
