If you are a local registered charity and would like to book one day of free promotional space (excluding November and December), then please contact Louise Kennerley on 01782 220312 or louise-kennerley@capshop.co.uk to check availability.
It is advisable to book early as we do get booked up very early and space is allocated on a first come first served basis.
Unfortunately we are now fully booked for free charity promotional space for 2012.
You will be required to fill in some booking paperwork, provide a copy of your Public Liability Insurance (minimum £10m) and to man your promotion during the centre's opening hours.
Please note: We are unable to make ad-hoc donations or prizes to charities or charity events. Each year local registered charities are invited to apply for a donation from The Potteries Shopping Centre. If you are interested please keep checking this page to find out when our charity donation application packs will be available.
